About the restaurant
The restaurant is located in the heart of Krasnaya Polyana Resort at 960, in the Rixos Hotel. Oriental interior, furniture and tableware, imported directly from Turkey, create a subtle Oriental mood.
The oriental flavor complements the menu, designed by a Turkish chef. Guests will be pleasantly surprised by traditional kebabs and kebabs, manti and khinkali, hummus and yaprak sarma, a variety of grilled meat and fish dishes, gavurdagi and ajapsandal, authentic oriental sweets, Turkish coffee and elite drinks.
The company's dishes are also in demand: grilled fish, shrimps, sea bass, dorblu mussels, mutton served with black and white rice, lemon. And grilled cold cuts — chicken shish kebab, beef shish kebab, lamb quiche, mini kebab, kefte, served with onions, rice and pita.
Homemade fresh flatbread with sesame seeds is served instead of bread. Turkish tea can be enjoyed in glasses in the form of a vessel with a cup holder and a special spoon (in Turkish, such a tea pair is called armud or bardak). And all the dishes are served in handmade dishes imported from Turkey.
You will be especially pleased with the cozy terrace, where you can enjoy the silence and, overlooking the beautiful mountains of the Caucasian Nature Reserve, taste real Turkish coffee brewed on the sand, with delicate Turkish delight and a glass of water.
