The SteadyControl solution digitized the quality of staff-guest interactions, identified deviations from standards, and highlighted areas for improvement. Subsequently, staff incentive schemes were linked to the metrics within the system. Based on the collected data, the Mantera Academy developed a custom training program featuring team sessions that analyzed real-life scenarios.
The pilot project implemented at Marriott Soul SPA demonstrated solid growth across key performance indicators:
- overall process compliance increased by 23%,
- customer-centric service and sales performance rose by 27%,
- adherence to guest communication standards (including articulate, professional speech) improved by 25%.
Following the validation of its effectiveness at the pilot site, the technology moved from the testing phase to full-scale implementation. It has now been deployed at the Arkhyz mountain resort—one of the Mantera Group’s key assets.
This joint case study by SteadyControl and the Mantera Group illustrates how Russian AI and audio-video analytics technologies can be integrated into the full cycle of personnel and service management, delivering measurable business results and scalability across a diversified corporate group.
"AI analytics is typically associated with the industrial sector and security, yet here it drives service quality and hotel revenue. The hallmark of a mature product is when a client, having seen success at an initial site, chooses to roll it out to the next one—just as is happening with the Arkhyz resort. Skolkovo membership tax incentives help keep the price point accessible, allowing Russian AI analytics to enter the hospitality industry without a premium markup," says Sergey Putilov, Senior Project Manager at the Industrial Technology Development Center of the Skolkovo Foundation.
