CHOOSE YOUR WORKOUT

 

Unifly, 1 hour

A unique workout. Available to everyone, regardless of age or level of training. It combines programmes from strength to meditation, adapted for lightweight and compact suspended equipment. Unifly focuses on a decompression flip, which makes it possible to achieve spinal traction, release intervertebral space, feel relaxed, and see the world from a different perspective.

Nordic walking, 45 minutes – 1 hour

Training with your own body weight is aimed at sustaining balanced physical development. Starting with a subtle warm-up and full range of motion exercises, the workout ends with intensive speed and strength development exercises. The workout is suitable for less active people as well as for those who work out regularly.

Functional training, 1 hour

Training with your own body weight is aimed at sustaining balanced physical development. The workout is suitable for less active people as well as for those who work out regularly.

Stretching, strength and flexibility, 1 hour

These workouts promote comfortable stretching and increased flexibility. They are aimed at stretching individual groups of muscles, strengthening the core and relaxation. The workout speeds up blood circulation, which provides extra oxygen to all muscles in the body.

Yoga, from 1 hour

Yoga is an ancient practice with beneficial effects for the human body and mind, and is now available to everyone. The resort offers classical Hatha yoga, suitable for all fitness levels, and Vinyasa flow yoga, a dynamic style of yoga for the intermediate fitness level, featuring the repetitive Vinyasa series.

Running training, 1 hour

Aimed at developing running technique and characterized by medium-intensity training. The first part of the workout is dedicated to special running exercises, with the second part devoted to running. The workout is suitable for running enthusiasts and those who plan on running regularly.

RECOMMENDATIONS BEFORE TRAINING

  • We recommend bringing drinking water, a hat and sunscreen to training.
  • Nordic walking and HIIT take place on mountain trails. Please consider this when choosing your clothing and equipment (only poles are provided);
  • if the weather is overcast, check the training schedule before attending

RUNNING ROUTES

 

We know that keen runners never forget about their hobby, so the Krasnaya Polyana Resort has prepared several running routes of varying difficulty levels.

Running Embankment

  • Difficulty: beginner
  • Surface: pavement (asphalt)
  • Length: 4 km
  • Descent: 50 m
  • Calorie burn: 320 kcal
  • Duration: 24 minutes at a pace of 6:00

This easy route is suitable even for beginners. It runs along the embankment of the longest river in the Caucasus, the Mzymta, across the entire Krasnaya Polyana Resort. You will burn about 320 kcal during your run, which is equivalent to a light breakfast.  

Esto-Sadok Circular Route

  • Difficulty: intermediate
  • Surface: pavement (asphalt)
  • Length : 5 km
  • Descent: 110 m
  • Calorie burn: 400 kcal
  • Duration: 30 minutes at a pace of 6:00

This circular route runs through the village of Esto-Sadok and allows visitors to explore the resort's surroundings. The first part of the route runs along the Mzymta river embankment at the Krasnaya Polyana Resort, while the second section follows a quiet street next to the forested area of the Achishkho mountain. Be careful when running from the resort to the village: use crosswalks and pay attention to the traffic lights on the road.

Circular Route 960

  • Difficulty: beginner
  • Surface: pavement (asphalt), soil
  • Length: 2 km
  • Descent: 75 m
  • Calorie burn: 200 kcal
  • Duration: 14 minutes at a pace of 7:00

The route is suitable for beginner runners who are staying at one of the Polyana 960 hotels. Enjoy panoramic views of the Caucasus mountain range and the peaks of the Aibga Ridge. The length of the route gives you time to jog enough before breakfast to work up an appetite.

Circular Route to Aviary Complex

  • Difficulty: advanced
  • Surface: pavement (asphalt)
  • Length: 10 km
  • Descent: 220 m
  • Calorie burn: 800 kcal
  • Duration: 1 hour at a pace of 6:00

The route is suitable for experienced runners. It begins at the Krasnaya Polyana Resort on the embankment of the Mzymta river, continues through the Esto-Sadok village and leads to the Aviary Complex of the Caucasus Nature Reserve along the Achipse river valley. The route is not recommended for people with musculoskeletal or cardiovascular diseases.
